All about the tiny Cornish town of Crebewathen Cove, great things are happening… long time resident Ruby O’Hazy has just had a new-fangled telephone installed, Jelbert Gribble the Mayor has an inside loo, gas lights illuminate the towns’ streets, Queen Victoria is about to celebrate her 50th anniversary… and the Cove’s lighthouse is finally to be opened! Great things indeed! But strange things are afoot too; Wreckers, evil men who lure ships to a watery doom still lurk uncaught in the town and rumours of Captain Baccarat’s fabulous treasure horde still surface even after 40 years…

    Performance royalties are at the rate of 15% of gross ticket sales and gross takings should be declared within 21 days of the last performance to Maverick Musicals and Plays

    Flat Fee License Agreement

    1. We agree to payment of performance royalties at the rate of $120 per performance for the above production.
    2. We understand I have been/will be charged for the above number of performances
    3. We will ensure that the authors' names are credited on all posters and programs.
    4. We will ensure that the endorsement "Produced with the permission of Maverick Musicals and Plays www.maverickmusicals.com" is also displayed.

    Percentage Performance License Agreement

    1. We agree to payment of performance royalties at the rate of 15% of gross ticket sales for the above production.
    2. We agree to declare our gross takings within 21 days of the last performance to Maverick Musicals and Plays, by using the form available to download from maverickmusicals.com
    3. We understand we will be invoiced based on our declaration and that the amount is payable immediately
    4. We will ensure that the authors' names are credited on all posters and programs.
    5. We will ensure that the endorsement "Produced with the permission of Maverick Musicals and Plays www.maverickmusicals.com" is also displayed.
