Set in Ritzy’s, a sophisticated nightclub of the roaring twenties, this script offers scope for a stylish production. The glamorous nightclub people (including the worldly Nick and the unworldly Irma) join forces with Ma Baker against the dedicated ladies of the Purity League and the even more dedicated Rafia Gang! A lot happens in the Ritzy and it’s all fun for the actors and the audience. This show’s got the lot – glitter, gags, goils and gangsters! Very good female roles in this production.
