When a band of squishy invertebrates try to make it big in the undersea music business, they find that fame, fortune and stardom isn’t all it’s cut out to be. Rocktopus, a starry eyed octopus rocker yearns to make it in “Shell City” the number one city in the underwater music scene.

While on their journey to the infamous “Shell City” they meet “Hammerhead” and his band of ruthless sharks, a group of small time swindlers and thieves who love to take advantage of unsuspecting artists. Will our heroes make it in Shell City? Or will they become just another “has-been music act?”

With Turtles, Stingrays and Sharks, and a fun 50s rock’n’roll score, “ROCKTOPUS” the Musical is a classic rock’n’roll undersea adventure that’s sure to be a smash hit!!!

    Production fees: 15% of Gross Box-Office takings.  A non-refundable AUD $120 per performance minimum deposit is charged at checkout, and will be deducted from the final performance royalties amount you owe, after your performance/s.

    Performance royalties are at the rate of 15% of gross ticket sales and gross takings should be declared within 21 days of the last performance to Maverick Musicals and Plays.

    Performance License Agreement

    1. We agree to payment of performance royalties at the rate of 15% of gross ticket sales for the above production.
    2. We agree to declare our gross takings within 21 days of the last performance to Maverick Musicals and Plays, by using the form available to download from maverickmusicals.com or by sending an email to Maverick Musicals
    3. We understand we will be invoiced based on our declaration and that any amount above the non-refundable deposit is payable immediately.
    4. We will ensure that the authors' names are credited on all posters and programs.
    5. We will ensure that the endorsement "Produced with the permission of Maverick Musicals and Plays www.maverickmusicals.com" is also displayed.
    6. We understand that giving false or misleading information is an offence and can lead to prosecution.

    Performance License Agreement

    1. We agree to payment of performance royalties at the rate of AUD $120 per performance for the above production.
    2. We understand I have been/will be charged for the above number of performances
    3. We agree that a copying fee must be purchased from Maverick Musicals and Plays PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF REHEARSALS.
    4. We will ensure that the authors' names are credited on all posters and programs.
    5. We will ensure that the endorsement "Produced with the permission of Maverick Musicals and Plays www.maverickmusicals.com" is also displayed.
    6. We understand that giving false or misleading information is an offence and can lead to prosecution.
