Musicals, Plays - License Agreements

Musicals, plays and theatre restaurant scripts require that you have a Performance License in place so that you can legally stage them. Our ordering system means that it's easy to ensure your production is properly licensed – leaving you to concentrate on rehearsals and the success of your production. A Performance License Application is provided automatically when you order a Basic or Deluxe Package, or Copying Fees from the 'Select a Package' drop-down menu for any title. You provide us with performance details that we record into our Licensing System, such as your performance dates.

Musicals

• a Copying Fee is payable that enables you to copy the resources purchased (script, music, tracks) for reading, audition and rehearsal purposes.
• Performance Royalties at various rates are payable per performance.

Plays and Theatre Restaurants

• a Copying Fee is payable that enables you to copy the script for reading, audition and rehearsal purposes.
• Performance Royalties at various rates are payable per performance.
